Welcome to Rishima Food Delivery! By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 10 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

  • You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.


2. Services Offered

Our app provides the following services:

  • Food, fruit, and vegetable delivery

  • Cab booking (e-rickshaws, e-autos, bikes, cars)

  • Jan Aushadhi product delivery

  • Photocopying and document-related services

  • Other add-on services as listed in the app


3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full using available payment methods (Cash, UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • In case of failed transactions, your money will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.


4. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all items within 30 minutes (subject to location and availability).

  • If delays occur due to weather, traffic, or technical issues, we will notify you.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after being dispatched.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made before the order is prepared or dispatched.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

  • No refunds on photocopying, printed documents, or personalized items.


6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and updated personal information.

  • Misuse of the app (fraud, fake orders, threats) can result in permanent account suspension.

  • Do not use the app to send illegal or restricted items.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, brand names, content, and images in the app are the property of Rishima Food Delivery.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of your use of the app.

  • While we aim for accuracy and speed, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
